The location was the key factor. It was a 10 minute walk from terminal 3 at the airport to the hotel...all inside. If you have luggage, use a trolley from the airport and take it all the way to the hotel front desk.
The breakfast was very complete and fresh. A lot of options.
Room was small but extremely nice and sufficient for our needs.
There are a lot of restaurant options in various price ranges at the shopping mall (called The Garden) attached to the hotel & terminal.
There were tour bus options and monorail to city within 5 minute walk of hotel so it was convenient to get other places if you wanted to leave airport. Disney nearby.

The capital of Japan, Tokyo is a vast, teeming metropolis nestled between mountains and Tokyo Bay. It’s so huge that you’ll have to come to grips with public transport and maybe even experience being pushed onto a train. Yes, it does actually happen!
Get your bearings by ascending the Tokyo World Trade Center near the waterfront, and savor the fantastic views taking in the red-and-white Tokyo Tower and Shinkuju’s skyscrapers. North is Ueno, home to the best museums (including the Tokyo National Museum) and a large park bursting with cherry blossom in spring.
Equally tranquil are the Chiyoda Imperial Palace and Gardens, surrounded by water. Also in gardens is the Meiji Jingu Shinto shrine in Shibuya, a youthful district where neon abounds.
For more traditional Japanese culture, head to Asakusa whose Sensō-ji Buddhist temple is Tokyo’s oldest temple. Outdoor markets sell a variety of wares, though shopping in Tokyo is, of course, fantastic wherever you go.
Whether you stay in a Japanese ryokan, luxury Tokyo hotel or a hostel, don’t fly out of Tokyo Narita Airport or Haneda Airport without having tried sushi. Another Japanese institution is the sento (public bath) and onsen (hot springs bath) – a must try. Also incredibly popular are Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, Asia’s 2 most visited theme parks.

Too large to experience in our short two weeks, Tokyo has something for everyone and many more things you didn't know you'd love. The best food I've ever had, the most affordable food I've ever had, some of the coolest old districts, and crazy lighting and neon, both within 500 M of each other. The people are polite and helpful, but passionate and proud after sharing a conversation with them. I love Tokyo and can't wait to be back.

Our family member is there at Tokyo now.
Our family member is there at Tokyo now. James sibling & wife. People who saw us may be shocked bc his twin has identical looks. Very very nice, we enjoyed ourselves 3rd time at this hotel & will absolutely come again. Your young cute & beautiful reservationist was very helpful. I don’t know her name but she was 1st to bring new items & our laundry. She’s should be in top of your staff list because she heard my situation & came by to see me two times. Thank you Doomo Arigato gozaimasu. To all your staff also. Even the young man who was doing the blinking at me at the hotel.

Amazing city with plenty of things to do/visit!
Amazing city with plenty of things to do/visit! Interesting, exciting and clean!!! The city is a great mixture of high-tech and centuries old architecture!! Rivers, temples, skyscrapers and huge variety of food and restaurants!! Definitely worth a visit!!
It is located very near the Shinjuku New South Gate exit. The Yamamoto line is accessible from there. My husband and I had an easy time going to the tourist spots in Tokyo because of this. The airport limousine also picks up and drops passengers in front of the hotel. So location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is also very good - coffee was good;’tea was plenty. There also very good restaurants near it and not necessarily Japanese. Also Family Mart. All in all, the hotel was perfect for new visitors like us.
Location is perfect for shopping around Shinjuku district but also good if you want to go to the other major shopping areas. I traveled from airport by taking the limousine bus, the trip was around 100 mins and the NEX at JR Shinjuku station to airport, both are very convenient.
I stayed at economy double for 1st night and move to a twin room when my husband join me, it’s much spacious and of good size for 2 persons.
A lot of restaurants nearby.
The hotel buffet breakfast provided good variety of food
Great location (4 min by foot from the train station Otsuka on the Yamanote circular line). You can be in the main neighbourhood of Tokyo like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Asakusa in less than 30 minutes. The room was quite spacious and clean. There is a microwave, kettle and fridge inside the room. Be aware that it is an adult only hotel, not for family or child ! Conveniance store by the station or huge supermarket at 5 min by foot. The staff at the entrance was very nice and helpful.
This is our second time staying here for the Tokyo Marathon event.
Easy access to Shinjuku Station (JR trains) and Tachome Station (Metro).
There's a bakery inside the hotel! Morethan Bakery Shop. Super love the coffee, grilled-cheese and Banana Bread!
This hotel is near Shinjuku Chuo Park, convenient stores, eateries, etc.
We booked triple room with city view. The room size was quite small for 3 people, but we enjoyed our stay.
Thank you, The Knot Hotel Tokyo.
This hotel is located in a central part of Shibuya and is easily walkable to Harajuku. It has a "cool" vibe with an Italian restaurant on the main floor and a coffee shop/bar on the ground floor. The staff were helpful when we needed them but generally hands-off as you check-in and check-out on computers in the lobby yourself. Our room was on the 13th floor so we didn't hear any street noise, which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed our stay overall.
Looking for a hotel in Tokyo and first timer, I didn't researched enough and the hotel is in Kabukicho, which is known for its adult night life, bars and love hotels. My stay was actually really good as I leave each day very early. The room was clean and it had every kind of amenities, even karaoke!
Also, it's very close to Shinjuku station, which is very busy, but gives you a point of departure to all Tokyo.
This was the first of various hotels my husband and I stayed while we were visiting Japan. APA Hotels became my go to and most sought out Hotel in this AMAZING country. Every employee is courteous, the rooms are very clean and stocked with ALL the toiletries needed. Do yourself a favor and do not add more weight to your luggage, ditch your dollar store toiletries because APA has them all! Cant wait to be back
The Satellite Hotel Ebisu was a great base for out family holiday in Tokyo. Ebisu is on the Yamanote circle line and just a stop or two away from the hectic attractions of Shibuya and Shinjuku. The house is tucked away in a small and quiet neighbourhood street, but only a short stroll from the station. It was comfortable and had many conveniences, including TV streaming services, which the kids appreciated.
We stayed in the private room with bathroom and balcony and it was great. Lots of natural light and space to spread out (relative to other Tokyo hotels). Breakfast was nice and my husband made reservations in the sauna run on the first floor two days in a row because he enjoyed it so much! The neighborhood is very unique with lots of cafes and European influences - I’m glad we got to check it out!
Very convenient for the haneda airport limousine. Not very convenient for travel into many of the parts of Tokyo, but I enjoyed Odaiba, Harajuku & Shibuya with travel times of around an hour. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness & interior design of the location. In terms of modern hotels, it was the most beautiful I stayed at during my trip. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful.
I told the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they put a handwritten birthday card in the room, which we found really nice. The location is great, just few steps away from the driverless Yurikamome station and another station that is Shinjuku/Shibuya line. We also used the massage chair in the room a lot until our backs were tender 😆 it was worth it. AMAZING VIEW from our window.
Location was great, especially for those exploring Shinjuku/Shibuya. Very vibrant nightlife. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Stayed in a standard double room -- non-smoking. My husband and I thought the room was a perfect size for us. This is not always the case being an American traveler in Japan, as Japan's hotel rooms are much smaller.
This hotel was great - I loved the cafe downstairs and started each day with a coffee and pasty! The staff were also very friendly. The room was smaller but a fine size for one person - also great with the kitchenette so I was able to cook some food. The location was good - 2 min walk to the train and many busses around - not far from Shinjuku/Shibuya.
We came back to tokyo from kyoto for one night ahead of our flight home and shared one room (me, my husband and my sister). We had three separate beds and a pretty spacious room, considering we had 6 suitcases/ bags between us. The hotel itself was lovely, the staff were incredible and we had a very comfortable night.
great places to stay in SHIBUYA, just 5-7 minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya Station; the room is super clean and the bed are comfy for a long day strolling in Tokyo. The drinking water are free to refill and you can do your laundry as well, Great Job All Day Shibuya for new comers hotels since 2021
A cute guesthouse located in a calm shopping street. Public transportation nearby, takes about 40 minutes to get to Shibuya, Ueno park and Akihabara around 20 minutes. Nana-san and her husband were extremely accomodating and kind and made my stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
I booked the same room where me and my husband stayed last October for my daughter and her friend. They watched Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Tokyo. They were happy with the hotel location, room size, amenities and the polite staffs. They had nothing to complain.
Clean and quiet. This was the best value I found in Tokyo. We did not want to stay in tiny capsule hotels. You are a bus ride away from the Shibuya station. From there you can go anywhere. The owner is friendly. We were happy with our stay.
We loved the location of the hotel, so much more quiet and less crowded than Shibuya/Shinjuku/Ginza. We loved the Sumida River nearby and the park surrounding it. We had a view of Tokyo Skytree! Staff was great too!
Very close to tokyo station, Ueno Zoo, Shibuya, Gundam Base… and to other our places of destination.
They provide mouth wash which is not offered from other hotels I’ve stayed.
